[01]Intel gathered
The Job Quality Center of Excellence had no shortage of valuable information. The problem was finding it
Hundreds of resources and tools were competing for attention, making it difficult for practitioners, advocates, and policymakers to quickly get to the information they needed.
The new stand-alone website needed to turn that volume into something useful — creating a clearer, more accessible way to explore job-quality information while giving the Center room to keep growing.
[02]The angle
We started with the people who needed to use the information and rethought how more than 300 resources and tools could be organized, discovered and explored.
An intuitive architecture and flexible design system transformed a massive content library into a more approachable experience, helping users move through topics and resources without getting overwhelmed.
And accessibility wasn’t an afterthought that we waited to check at the end. WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements (or above) shaped the experience from the beginning, creating a website designed to make this important information available to as many people as possible.
